摘要
植物根际促生菌是一类有益于植物生长的微生物,它不仅可以给植物提供必要的营养元素,如氮钾磷肥,还可以拮抗病毒侵害,抑制重金属的影响。本研究是从马铃薯根际土壤中分离并筛选出来植物根际促生菌,利用16sDNA基因序列分析方法多次从细菌和真菌方面确认筛选出来的菌株是植物根际促生菌,后续对三株筛选出来的菌株进行测序,得出AZC-5菌株属于农杆菌属(Agrobacterium spp.)、FTG-1菌株属于糖化芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus glycanilyticus strain)、ZKC-24菌株属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas spp.)。
通过钼锑蓝比色法测出又具有优异的溶磷能力,其中AZC-5菌株溶磷量为37.89mg/L,ZKC-24菌株溶磷量为42.38mg/L,FTG-1菌株溶磷量为35.54mg/L。除此之外,还鉴定了菌株的生长素IAA的分泌量,AZC-5菌株分泌IAA值最高,为77.66mg/L。其他两株稍弱于此,FTG-1菌株为31.03mg/L,ZKC-24菌株为44.46mg/L。

Abstract
Plant rhizosphere bacteria is a kind of microorganism which is beneficial to plant growth. It can not only provide essential nutrients for plants, such as n potassium phosphate fertilizer, but also antagonize the virus invasion and inhibit the influence of heavy metals. At present, in order to screen out the excellent growth promoting bacteria from the rhizosphere of various plants, this study is to isolate and screen the rhizosphere bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of the potato. The strains screened from bacteria and fungi by the 16sDNA sequence analysis method are the rhizosphere bacteria of plant rhizosphere, and the following three strains are screened out. The strain was sequenced and the AZC-5 strain belonged to Agrobacterium tumefaciens and FTG-1 strains belonging to Paenibacillus glycanilyticus strain and ZKC-24 strain belonging to the genus Pseudomonas (Pseudomonas spp.). It has excellent phosphate solubilization ability by molybdenum antimony blue colorimetric method, in which the amount of phosphorus soluble in AZC-5 strain is 37.89mg/L, the amount of phosphorus soluble in ZKC-24 strain is 42.38mg/L, and the amount of phosphorus soluble in FTG-1 strain is 35.54mg/L. In addition, the secretion of auxin IAA was identified. The highest IAA secretion of AZC-5 strain was 77.66mg/L. The other two strains were slightly weaker, the FTG-1 strain was 31.03mg/L, and the ZKC-24 strain was 44.46mg/L.
