摘要:在我国经济迅速发展的同时,各类工程都在如火如荼的展开。在最近几年,钢结构建筑是建筑行业施工的主要方式,因此加大对建筑钢材质量检测是确保钢结构建筑安全的重要手段。为了实现对建筑钢结构材料的伤痕检测,本设计利用电涡流效应,判断建筑钢材是否存在伤痕,把STC89C51单片机作为主芯片,采用自制空心电感线圈作为电涡流检测传感器对建筑钢材进行伤痕检测,并通过信号处理电路,将最终的信号输入单片机,由单片机进行判断金属是否存在伤痕,若是金属存在伤痕,则通过连接在单片机上的LED灯和蜂鸣器进行报警。最终,在面包板上完成全部电路,实现对金属的伤痕检测功能。实验结果表明,该装置能够正常工作,能够判断实心钢材上2mm宽的伤痕和空心铁管上0.5mm的伤痕,基本能够满足对建筑钢材的伤痕检测。

Abstract:At the time of our country's economic crisis, all kinds of workers are on fire. In recent years, structural construction, construction of steel is also important, so the construction of steel quality inspection is a major tool to ensure the safety of steel structures. For the purpose of inspecting steel products for idioms, the current effect is used to determine whether steel products are damaged or not. This design is based on STC89C51 single-chip computer, using self-made air inductance coil as current sensor to build steel damage detection, and because the number is a circuit, the number of death is transferred to the single-chip computer, and the single-chip computer is used as gold breakage or not, and the corresponding. Ultimately, a part of the circuit on the panel is called gold injury detection.Experiments show that, when the function is normal, it is possible to make a 2 mm wide mark on solid steel and an empty tube. 5 mm mark, roughness is the mark inspection of construction steel.
