互联网在线教育盈利模式研究—以沪江网校为例(论文12000字)
摘 要
随着互联网技术的日益发展以及人们生活水平的提高，互联网在线教育成为人们在日常教育中的选择，但是互联网在线教育的盈利情况却不尽如人意，寻找一个合适的盈利模式成为我国在线教育的当务之急。
本文首先阐述了盈利模式的概念，并分析其关键环节，理清利润源、利润点、利润杠杆和利润屏障之间的关系，接着以此为基础对沪江网校的盈利模式进行分析并指出其盈利模式的特点及其存在的问题。研究发现我国在线教育盈利模式存在利润源不稳定、课程质量不稳定等问题。最后在优化利润源、完善利润点、合理利用利润杠杆及设置利润屏障等方面提出一些建议。

Research on the Profit Model of Online Education on the Internet: A Case Study of Hujiang Online School
Abstract
With the development of Internet technology and the improvement of people's living standards, online education on the Internet has become the choice of people in daily education. However, the profitability of online education on the Internet is unsatisfactory. It is urgent to find a suitable profit model for online education in China. [资料来源：Doc163.com]
This paper first expounds the concept of profit model, and analyses its key links, clarifies the relationship between profit source, profit point, profit leverage and profit barrier. Then, based on this, it analyses the profit model ofHujiang Online schooland points out its characteristics and problems. The research finds that the profit source of online education in China is unstable and the quality of courses is unstable. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on optimizing profit sources, perfecting profit points, making rational use of profit leverage and setting up profit barriers.
