岳阳地区动物口蹄疫的检疫与防疫(毕业论文7170字)
     摘 要:口蹄疫包括7个主要的血清型,被国际兽疫局定为一类传染病,我国农业部也将其列为一类传染病。因为近年频繁爆发,严重威胁到畜禽生产和人类自身生存安全,因此对口蹄疫的检疫与防疫意义重大。本次在实验室通过血清抗凝实验对岳阳地区的动物血清进行口蹄疫抗体的抽样检测,结果表明:在对岳阳各地区90个猪血清样品的检测中,发现检测合格数占总数的近61.1%,不合格数占近6.7%,高抗数占近32.2%。由此可见,少数的动物存在被感染的危险。所以对动物提前注射口蹄疫病毒育苗的工作有待进一步加强。其意义在于加强检疫不仅减少了疾病在偶蹄兽之间的广泛传播,更避免了口蹄疫病毒对人和其他动物的感染。

The Quarantine and Epidemic Prevention about Foot-and-Mouth of Animals in Yueyang
     Abstract: Foot-and-mouth, including the seven major serum type ,has been taken as a class of infectious disease by international Office of Epizootics and the Ministry of Agriculture,PCR. The quarantine and epidemic prevention of foot-and-mouth disease are significant.because of frequent outbreaks threaten livestock production and human existence safety in recently years. In investigation, 90 pig serum samples from Yueyang were collected and detected by us in the lab,we found that nearly 61.1% samples were qualified and 6.7% samples were unqualified. What's more,32.2% samples were high qualified. The results showed that: the injection of foot-and-mouth disease in advance further strengthen the work of seedling. Its significance lies in do not only reduced the disease spread between group beast, avoided the virus for more people and other animals infection. [资料来源:http://doc163.com]
