摘要
在水利水电工程中,平面钢闸门是应用最早,最广泛的闸门型式之一,因其结构简单,制造、安装、维修方便,有互换性等特点,而广泛应用于水利水电工程的灌水系统、引水发电系统、灌溉系统、航运系统等。但也因其缺点如启闭力大、局部开启条件差、需设影响水流的门槽等,特别是随着高水头水电站及大型水利枢纽的建设,是平面钢闸门受到了一定的限制,但平面钢闸门仍是必不可少的闸门型式(事故闸门都是采用平面钢闸门)。平面闸门自重大,所需启门力亦大,门槽水力学条件较差,因此在高流速的水道上作为工作闸门的使用范围受到限制。平面闸门主要由门叶、埋设构件和启闭设备三部分组成。平面闸门的拼装和焊接工作,宜在该闸门的门槽顶部平台进行,其位置要考虑到门机能够把拼装好的闸门直接吊起或放入孔口的操作方便。闸门主支承在门叶结构拼装后即应当测量校正所有主支承面的同平面度,校正合格后才能进行各节门叶结构的焊接或拧紧连接螺栓。充水装置和自动抓梁定位装置的安装,应按施工图样要求外,还须注意与自动抓梁的配合,在无水条件下应做抓梁操作试验,以确保安全有效地动作。 [资料来源:http://doc163.com]

Modeling and Static Characteristics of Plane Gate
ABSTRACT
 In water conservancy and hydropower engineering, the earliest plane steel gate is used, one of the most widely gate type, because of its simple structure, convenient manufacture, installation, and maintenance, such as interchangeability characteristics, and is widely used in water conservancy and hydropower engineering of irrigation system, diversion system, irrigation system, navigation system, etc. But also because of its disadvantages such as opening and closing force influence, poor local open condition, the need for water gate slot, etc., especially with the high water head hydropower station and the construction of large water conservancy hub, is a plane steel gate under certain restrictions, but the plane steel gate is still indispensable gate type gate (accident is the plane steel gate). Plane gate since major, the door also potent, gate slot hydraulics conditions is poorer, so at high flow rate of the channel as the using range of working gate is limited.Plane gate is mainly composed of the door leaf, buried artifacts and opening and closing device of three parts. Plane gate assembly and welding work, should be at the gate of gate slot at the top of the platform, its position will consider the door machine is able to assemble a good gate hoist or directly into the orifice of the easy to operate. Gate is the main bearing structure on the door leaf after assembly shall with all main bearing surface flatness measurement calibration, calibration after qualified to each section of the door leaf structure welding or tighten the bolt connection. Water filling equipment and automatic grabbing beam positioning device installation, should be in accordance with the requirements of construction drawings, also must pay attention to cooperate with automatic grabbing beam, under the condition of no water should be tested for grabbing beam test operation, to ensure the safely and effectively.
