摘 要
理论和实践证明，通过提高总需求的水平来刺激经济发展是应对宏观经济在一定时期波动的有利武器，内部消费需求扩张是经济增长的重要因素，也是保证经济长期持续增长的最终动力。内需驱动是我国经济发展的根本立足点和长期战略方针，也是保持我国经济平稳快速发展的重大举措。在我国目前的社会总需求当中，消费需求所占的比重最大，对GDP增长的贡献也最大。统计表明过去的三十多年，消费增长对经济增长的贡献率一直都在50%以上。凡是经济增长率在10%以上的年份，消费增长率都在6个百分点以上。相反，只要消费增长速度下降，则经济增长速度必然下降。如何使我国经济由出口导向型转为内需驱动型发展成为一个急需解决的问题。本文详细分析了内需驱动型经济发展的方式和特征，通过对国内消费需求不足的原因分析，提出了扩大内需增强消费的政策性建议。

Rethinking on consumption demand as a motivation
to China’s economic development
As has been proved by theory and practice that it is an effective way to stimulate economic development by raising the level of aggregate demand, responding to macroeconomic fluctuations in a certain period of time. Expansion of domestic consumption demand not only is an important factor to economic growth, but also the ultimate power to ensure the long-term economic sustainable growth. [资料来源：Doc163.com]
It is a fundamental standpoint and long-term strategy to China’s economic development that domestic demand should be as motivation.It is also an important initiatives to maintain steady and fast economic development. In our current social aggregate demand,consumption demand accounts for the largest share of consumer demand, which also makes the largest contribution to GDP growth. Statistics show that over the past 30 years, consumption growth made more than 50% contribution to the economic growth., In the year when the economic growth rate was more than 10%, The consumption growth rate was more than 6%. In contrast, the rate of economic growth is bound to decline as long as consumption growth slowed down. How to make our economic development from export-oriented to domestic demand-driven is becoming an urgent problem.
This article tries to make a detailed analysis of the way and characteristics of the domestic demand-driven economic development.
